婀娜树影承载场地记忆、婆娑起舞融入律动空间Carrying the memory of the venue, the graceful tree shadow with its whirling dance is integrated into the rhythmic space
石岩街道位于深圳市宝安区的东北部，是宝安区面积最大的街道。 一半山水一半城的石岩，具有“山湖石岩，科技绿谷，休闲慢城”之美誉。 过去40年石岩街道成为电子、计算机、家用电器等高新企业聚集地，其中，比较知名的是全球小家电企业艾美特电器(深圳)有限公司和伴随生产基地30年发展起来的艾美特公园。借助城市更新M0用地的开发，新的居民和业态将融入街区，而原本杂乱无序、被遗忘的艾美特公园，更名为海谷公园，迎来重塑的实践，重新回归市民生活。
Shiyan Street is located in the northeast of Bao'an District, Shenzhen. It is the largest street in Bao'an District. Shiyan, half of the landscape and half of the city, has the reputation of "mountain and lake rock, green valley of science and technology, slow leisure city". In the past 40 years, Shiyan Street has become a gathering place for high-tech companies such as electronics, computers, and household appliances, and representative companies such as Airmate Electric (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. With the help of the development of urban renewal M0 land, the formerly disorderly Airmate Park, located on the corner of the production area, was renamed Haigu Park, ushering in new development and returning to the life of the residents in the neighborhood.

受TCL海谷科技园发展有限公司委托，AECOM团队为占地约5000平方米的艾美特公园，以及海谷科技大厦展示区寻求最佳的场地重塑方案。在相对狭小的地块，满足营销展示功能并维持科技公园的特征是设计面临的挑战之一。设计的愿景是以针灸式的设计手法，激活场地更好的与海谷科技大厦、临街慢行系统的联系，让其成为弹性的城市会客厅。在精心的布局和深思熟虑的干预下, 拓展和营造销售中心的展示空间；打通海谷公园与街道、商业空间的联系；丰富市民在场地的多功能活动等是核心的设计议题。
Entrusted by TCL Haigu Technology Park Development Co., Ltd., AECOM sought the best venue for the Airmate Park covering an area of approximately 5,000 square meters and the Haigu Technology Building exhibition area. The design vision is to create an open block space experience for Shiyan Street. With acupuncture-style design techniques, the site is activated to better connect with the Haigu Technology Building and the slow-moving system on the street, making it a flexible urban living room.

By analyzing the opportunities and limitations of the site, the design team proposed four major design strategies:
◎设计总平面图
1. 打破场地与街道的隔离，消除界限壁垒，提供复合功能性景观。
艾美特公园与新建的海谷科技大厦高差接近3M。 北侧是独立的小公园与周边环境呈半封闭状态，树木丛生且出入口不明显。在设计的过程中团队通过延伸建筑首层的活动平台，尽量保留了公园原有的地形，通过种植池、台阶及架空平台、坡道消解了场地的高差，提升了空间体验感与视觉的多样性，并为海谷大厦的商业前广场预留了更多的弹性空间。
1. To break the isolation, eliminate boundary barriers between the site and the street, and provide a functional landscape.
The height difference between Airmate Park and the newly built Haigu Technology Building is close to 3M. On the north side is an independent small park and the surrounding environment is semi-closed, with dense trees and unobvious entrances and exits. In the process of design, the team extended the activity platform on the first floor of the building to preserve the original topography of the park as much as possible. The height difference of the site was resolved through planting ponds, steps, overhead platforms, and ramps, and the spatial experience and visual quality were improved. Diversity, and reserved more flexible space for the commercial square of Haigu Building.

2.婀娜树影、律动绿台、婆娑起舞,创造观赏性景观。
随风盘旋的花瓣犹如善舞的精灵般轻盈美丽。受其启发，设计以轻盈的飘带状钢材，塑造场地的空间变化，解决立体高差；以抽取现状树影的光影斑驳作为地面肌理；以叶子的折叠方式转换为记忆墙；以特色座椅的设计方式打造设施设计。在场地内创造出了绿林酥影、梦幻花园、溪谷叠翠、记忆梳林、探索山丘多样的空间体验。
2. The graceful tree shadows and the rhythmic green terraces are interactively whirling and dancing, creating an ornamental landscape.
The petals swirling in the wind are as light and beautiful as a dancing wizard. Inspired by this, the design uses light ribbon-like steel to shape the spatial changes of the site and solve the three-dimensional height difference; use the mottled light and shadow of the current tree shadow as the ground texture; use the folding method of leaves to transform into a memory wall; and feature seats Design method to create facility design. A variety of spatial experiences such as green forest shadows, dream gardens, creeks and green trees, memory combing forests, and exploring hills are created in the site.

3. 尊重场地的生态本底，保护和改善场地生态良性循环。
为了使设计更加生态化，借用朴实无华的自然之美，我们保留了场地中的六棵凤凰木， 作为整体空间框架的重要设计内容。这六棵保留的凤凰木是海谷科技大厦和海谷公园入口的指引，也成为了见证石岩街区历史发展的见证。
3. Retain the original ecological background of the site to make the site ecology a virtuous circle.
In order to make the design more ecological and borrow the unpretentious natural beauty, we retained the six poinciana trees in the site as an important design content of the overall space frame. The six preserved poinciana trees are the guide for the entrance of Haigu Technology Building and Haigu Park and have also become witnesses to the historical development of Shiyan District.

4. 提升空间艺术性和历史文化印记， 增强街区的归属感。
为了纪念石岩街道的产业和城市的更新发展，设计团队以转角记忆墙、入口标志等设计元素记录发展, 让过去与现代完美结合，唤醒人们对历史的记忆，再次给予场所文化的延续。
4. Enhance spatial artistry and historical and cultural imprint and enhance the sense of belonging of the neighborhood.
In order to commemorate the renewal and development of the industry and the city of Shiyan Street, the design team recorded the development with design elements such as corner memory walls and entrance signs, allowing the past and the modern to be perfectly combined, awakening people's memory of history, and giving the continuation of the place culture again.

海谷公园与海谷科技大厦的结合，是延续与再生的交融体现。 我们的设计尊重现场，延续文脉，使空间组织与场地现状紧密结合，同时增强了场地的参与性与认同感。 设计通过联系周边空间提供了共享性，开放性的弹性场所，提升了街区的活力，实现了城市更新的价值示范。
The combination of Haigu Park and Haigu Technology Building is a blend of continuity and regeneration. Our design respects the site, continues the context, closely integrates the space organization with the current situation of the site, and at the same time enhances the site's participation and sense of identity. The design provides a shared, open and flexible place by connecting the surrounding space, enhances the vitality of the neighborhood, and realizes the value demonstration of urban renewal.
