MMA设计了日本桥高岛屋SOLSO HOME Nihombashi的商店和公共区域。MMA designed the shop and the public area of SOLSO HOME Nihombashi in the Nihonbashi Takashimaya S.C.
客户希望百货商店的入口是一个对各种各样的人开放的地方。在这里，顾客可以休息、聚会、制定当天的计划，或者只是在一天的购物后休息一下。他们选择了SOLSO HOME，一家植物商店，使百货商店的入口区，即大多数面向企业的精品店位于的区域，成为人们可以放松并开始美好一天的地方。连同商店一起，公共区域被命名为 "在绿色中"，旨在创造一个能够让人们与植物亲密接触的公共空间。
The client wanted the entrance of the department store to be an open place to a variety of people. A place where customers can relax, meet up, make plans for the day, or just take a break after a long day of shopping. They chose SOLSO HOME, a botanical store, to make the entrance area of a department store, where most business-oriented boutiques should be located, a place where people can relax and start a great day. Along with the store, the public area is entitled "In the Green" and aimed to create a common area where people can feel familiar with plants.
我们在绿色调的基础上选择了温暖、自然的材料，打造出一种放松的氛围，并实现客户所期望的 "美好一天开始的地方"。我们还希望SOLSO HOME的绿色植物能够在一年中与空间相辅相成。在绿色调的区域，我们设计了十分显眼的由沙子和砂纸混合制作而成的工作台面，也让人们能够不经意地感受到他们是在一个商店里。
We chose warm, natural materials based on a green color palette to create a relaxing atmosphere and to create the "place where a great day begins" that the client desires. We also aimed to harmonize the greenery of SOLSO HOME with the space throughout the year. In the green-toned areas, the plastered countertops and mortar, originally created by mixing sand and sandpaper, are designed to stand out so that people will notice that they are in a store, even if casually.
