INSTREET
里巷InStreet，曾经的凤凰商街，位于北京朝阳区三元桥东北，凤凰城一二期与三期及置地公馆之间的一块下沉场地，也是华润凤凰汇商业综合体的外延商街。
InStreet, whosepredecessor is the famous Phoenix Commercial Street, is located in thenortheast of Sanyuan Bridge, Chaoyang District of Beijing. Surrounded by thebuildings of the Phoenix City and CRland Landmark Residence, it is theextension of the Phoenix Galleria.
商街经过几年的使用已显破败，杂乱的绿化，破损的铺装，场地属性功能的单一也愈来愈无法满足人们日渐丰富的生活需求。
The Galleria is left todecay at the mercy of weather or even vandals. Overgrown plants and brokenpavement as well as the single function cannot meet the growing demand for amore colorful life.

新的提升方案重新定义了场地特性，从建筑立面到整体的多维一体化处理，打造一个细腻又具体验性的步行公共空间。场地中植入中“岛”的概念，通过不同属性的“岛”串连起整个商街，辅以极具动感的铺装图案，使商街氛围更加灵动。
The renovation scheme redefined thecharacteristic of the site and gave it a new look from the architectural facadeto the integral space, providing a pleasant walking experience. The concept of “island”isintroduced into the design: different “islands”link the whole commercial streetand make it energetic together with the dynamic pavement patterns.

商街中景观立面材质为真空深灰镀钛抗指纹不锈钢板，为保证外立面效果，采用了干挂的做法，避免了不锈钢板接缝处被焊点破坏。
Thelandscape facades along the street are made of dark gray vacuum titanium-coatedstainless steel panel. And to avoid damage to the facade due to welding, thepanels are joined by the technique of hanging.
商街两端连接外部道路及住区的位置均有大高差台阶，结合木座椅的形式也增加了多样性；通过前期现场打样，对比不同颜色饰面质感的竹木板与石材台阶的搭配。
At the ends of the streetwhich connect with the municipal roads and the residential area, big stonesteps are designed together with wooden benches. The color and texture of thebench facing were carefully selected to match the stone steps perfectly.
因台阶及座椅下均有不锈钢板槽内藏LED灯带，为避免LED灯带内灯珠过于明显，现场通过对比不同的LED安装位置及光照方向，反复比较确定最佳效果。
LED light strips areinstalled under the steps and the benches. To make the lights not so visible,the designer compared the lighting effects from different positions anddirections carefully, and finally decided the best effect.
商街主要铺装材料为鲁灰和芝麻黑，烧毛水洗面；因两种石材交接多为弧线，图纸排版时反复调整，尽量避免小碎块方便施工。
The pavement is mainly ingray and black. Since most of the splices between pavements are camber lines,the designer has repeatedly adjusted the drawings to avoid inconvenience duringthe construction.
因下沉原因，商街内有大量排水暗沟，在饰面美化的同时还要保证排水顺畅，开孔孔隙及排布间距数量也是通过精准计算确定。
Within the sunken site,there are a lot of subdrains underground, which need to be decorated and ensurethe drainage at the same time. Thus the openings of the covers and their layoutare also carefully calculated.
