出世与入世

朱光潜先生有句话：出世的态度为人，入世的态度做事。人在世界里出入，世事纷纭，凡事扰攘，无非求一个眼前繁华，人后安宁。这大概是人之常情
Mr. Zhu Guangqian, a famous Chinese aestheteonce said, “live as a Taoist and work as a Confucius”, which means it is goodto live a simple life and work in earnest. In this hustling and bustling world,it is quite normal for us to pursue a successful career in the society and longfor the inner peace when back home.
琨瑜府在沈阳的铁西区，紧邻着工业大学的分校区，周边是生活了几十年的当地居民，街道里尽是市井热闹的烟火气。初次到场地是个冬天，场地里面一片雪白，其实场地并没有什么十分特别的地方，倒是街对面的小馆子，已经到了饭点，冒着白烟。
Locatedin Tiexi District of Shenyang, the Kun Yu Mansion is close to the campus ofShenyang University of Technology and it is surrounded by dwellings and streetsthat are full of hustles and bustles. The first time we visited the site, itwas a winter when white snow covered everything and we could find nothingspecial except the small restaurant across the street.
城市不会向别人泄漏自己的过去，只会把它像手纹一样藏起来，它被写在栏杆上，店铺的把手上，巷道的角落里。在这个项目里，我们希望景观是一道边界，可以听得到世里的声音，感受城市的记忆；又能置身世外，恬然自居。
The city will not reveal its past to others. You can only find some trails written on the handrails, carved on thehandle of the door or hidden in the corner of the street. In this project, wehope the landscape could serve as a boundary which allows you to hear thevoices of the outside world and experience the memories of the city; meanwhile,you can stay away from the busy world and lead a simple and happy life.
整个设计包含了转角的营销中心，一部分实景的展示以及连接二者的通道。装饰上，采用了对于“书”的元素，将书在不同时期的形态表现在了立面以及装饰上。
Our design covers the sales centerat the corner and part of the exhibition area as well as the passage betweenthem. Theelement of “book” is used, which appears in the facade and decorations indifferent forms.
街角的空间相对直白的结合转角商业营造了一个内向型的欢迎场所，在边界墙面处理上，有意识的做倾斜与退进，并保留了部分通透的感受，让外部的内容隐约的渗透到内部。
The corner space combines with the commercial area,forming an inward welcoming space. The boundary wall is skillfully tilted andsteps back to provide partly hidden and partly visible views of the outsideworld.
营销中心的侧庭是一个让人更加安静的界面，空间的围合上，我们尽可能的做到最大，屏蔽了施工的界面与通道。
Theside yard of the sales center is a quieter interface, whose enclosure wallshelters the view of the construction area and the passage as much aspossible.
通道里，我们希望人在里面的状态是一个缓步渐寻的状态，而不是一个目的性的行走过程。
Within the passage, we hope toprovide an experience of walking and exploring rather than monotonous passing by.
大区的实景展示部分，边界被划分的十分清晰，大门的形态也跟随道路的边界凹成一个内向的半圆，扩大了感知与视野收聚，形成了中间街道瞩目的焦点。
The exhibition area is clearly defined. And the entrance curves inwardalong the street in the shape of a semicircle, broadening the vision andforming the visual focus.
进入园区内部，我们希望的是完全出世的状态，我们选择了跟外部截然不同的画面呈现，浓厚的绿色揉在绿荫中，将中远的水景亭廊框到了画面里；柔和的水岸边界营造了丰富的参与性。一切的事物都在衬托着一个淡然的心境。
Withinthe park, we hope to present a picture that is quite different from the outsideworld. There is lush green, shades of trees, pavilion and corridor as well asinviting shores. Every detail is carefully designed to contribute to a peacefulstate of mind.
人在降生之时便不免顺世道步行良久，故皆为俗物。重要的是不妄自逆道而驰，却保有一颗出入世自由的心。
It is inevitable for us to have a some kind ofconnection with the outside world. What matters is not to run counter to thetendency aimlessly but to keep the freedom of heart.
