场地解读 Site Interpretation
彰泰金科博翠漓江位于高铁桂林北站区域,依托高铁经济带动,桂林北站城区正在崛起,公共配套逐渐完善,吸引桂林人在此置业安家。
项目东邻漓江水岸,跨路距离江岸仅50米;项目北侧为在建中的滨江公园,滨江体育公园已建成1/3,为人工开挖湖面水景+经营性游乐场;待建示范区作为滨江公园未来的南入口,需要归还给公园;项目场地内有12株50年左右树龄大香樟,树高15米-25米,树形姿态婆娑,孤傲屹立在场地中。
Zhangtai Jinkebocui Li River is located in the area of Guilin North Station of the high-speed rail. Relying on the high-speed rail economy, the urban area of Guilin North Station is rising, and public facilities are gradually improving, attracting Guilin people to buy and settle here.
The project is adjacent to the Lijiang River in the east, and is only 50 meters away from the river bank across the road; on the north side of the project is the Binjiang Park under construction, and the Binjiang Sports Park has been built 1/3, which is a manual excavation of lake waterscape + business playground; a demonstration to be built As the future south entrance of Binjiang Park, the area needs to be returned to the park; there are 12 large cinnamomum camphora trees about 50 years old in the project site, the tree is 15-25 meters high, and the tree-shaped posture is arrogant and stands proudly in the site.
设计思考 Thinking Design
在漓江水岸边建造售楼场所,售楼处作为公园配套,销售完成之后归还给公园,作为公园的游客服务中心,售楼处建筑以一种谦逊的姿态出现于场所,退让不张扬、架空一层融入环境。
对于提前建造作为楼盘前期销售使用的公园入口,景观设计希望延续与建筑一致的设计思路,从场所现有条件出发,来思考景观,生成逻辑。
思考一:漓江,环境感知;
思考二:公园,配建未来;
思考三:香樟,场所精神。
A sales office will be built on the banks of the Lijiang River. The sales office will be used as a supporting facility for the park and will be returned to the park after the sale is completed. The first floor is integrated into the environment.
For the park entrance built in advance as the pre-sale of real estate, the landscape design hopes to continue the design concept consistent with the building, starting from the existing conditions of the site, to think about the landscape and generate logic.
Thought 1: Li River, environmental perception;
Thinking 2: Parks, build the future;
Thinking 3: camphor, the spirit of place.
景观设计研究场所既有的条件,从大关系层面梳理漓江、公园、香樟三个既有元素之间的关系,在空间上寻求关联;从使用层面上思考在建成开放后,有人到访参与其间的认知和感受,从场景、尺度、视线、层次、活动等层面研究设计构成。
场地之外的漓江,是桂林这座城市的地理标识,是项目场所的精神依托,距离决定了只能是借景漓江,借景就是视觉上的联系,能看到漓江,就成为设计的前提要素;香樟林自然错落布置在场地中,枝干修长,是场地的竖向中心,枝叶集中在树顶,借香樟之势,缓解香樟在竖向上和人的疏离感,是设计需要解决的问题;场地中新建的售楼处一层架空,形成场所中最大面积的集中硬地,视线通达,是场地上的物理中心。
景观设计引入了一条空中栈桥,从架空层开始顺坡而上,盘旋于香樟林中,拉近人与自然的距离,最高点比场地标高高出4.5米,确保人在桥上能看到漓江水岸。栈桥是场所中的纽带,把场所中三个关键元素链接,统一搭建公园的核心区域。在此基础上,梳理整体的场地空间,通过林溪、庭间、林桥三重场景,形成外隐建筑,架空看景,内聚院落的空间布局。
林溪:到达后引入场地的景观层进;
庭间:架空层内外的景观渗透;
林桥:栈桥上下的景观互动连接。
The existing conditions of the landscape design research site, sort out the relationship between the three existing elements of Lijiang, the park, and the camphor from the big relationship level, and seek the connection in space; think from the use level, after it is built and opened, someone will visit and participate During the cognition and feeling, the design composition is studied from the level of scene, scale, sight, level, and activity.
The Lijiang River outside the site is the geographical sign of Guilin, and the spiritual support of the project site. The distance determines that the Lijiang River can only be borrowed from the scene, which is a visual connection. The ability to see the Lijiang River becomes a prerequisite element of the design; The camphor forest is naturally scattered and arranged in the site. The branches are slender and are the vertical center of the site. The branches and leaves are concentrated on the top of the tree. Taking advantage of the power of camphor to relieve the sense of alienation between the camphor in the vertical direction and people, the design needs to be solved. Problem: The first floor of the newly-built sales office in the site is raised above, forming the largest area of concentrated hard ground in the site, and it is the physical center of the site that is accessible.
The landscape design introduces an aerial trestle bridge, which starts from the overhead layer and goes uphill, hovering in the camphor forest, shortening the distance between man and nature. The highest point is 4.5 meters above the site elevation to ensure that people can see the Li River on the bridge Waterfront. The trestle bridge is the link in the place, linking the three key elements of the place, and building the core area of the park in a unified manner. On this basis, the overall site space is sorted out, through the three-fold scenes of Linxi, the courtyard, and the forest bridge, a spatial layout of hidden buildings, overhead viewing, and inner courtyards is formed.
Linxi: Introduce into the landscape layer of the site upon arrival;
Courtroom: the landscape penetration inside and outside the overhead floor;
Linqiao: Interactive connection of the landscape above and below the trestle bridge.
林溪藏隐 Woods and Streams Hide
作为到达场地的第一界面,设计希望有将城市中的森林公园的特征呈现给到访者,建筑的主体尺寸为42m*21m*10m,建筑体量在场地中显得格外突出,景观在场所之中种植成片的树木,形成森林域,把建筑掩映在树林之中。但建筑的体量之大,让到访者的视线不可避免的会指引向建筑,人和建筑的空间距离如此之近,若道路直达建筑,正面视线朝向的建筑会让整个界面显得压抑,建筑主角格外张扬,植入一片林,场景引入一条折返的道路穿行在林中,道路的走向不直面建筑,道路和建筑平行引入,超过建筑边界后,再成120°角折回走进建筑,越靠近建筑,和建筑的折角越大,成165°的视线走向建筑正面,进入建筑架空层修正道路角度,成75°进入架空层。

The protagonist is extraordinarily public and planted in a forest. The scene introduces a turning road through the forest. The direction of the road does not directly face the building. The road and the building are introduced in parallel. After exceeding the building boundary, they turn back into the building at an angle of 120°. The larger the angle between the building and the building, the 165° line of sight goes to the front of the building, enters the elevated level of the building to correct the road angle, and enters the elevated level at 75°.

庭间无界 Courtyard Room No Boundary
作为销售展示场地中最重要的售楼处建筑,建筑设计把销售功能的硬性功能需求放置在二楼,一层基本上全部架空,朝向入口、漓江和香樟打开。
景观设计把4.5m高的架空层首先考虑为场地的中心聚场,休息家具分组设置其间,家具布置重点考虑在架空层看向自然场地的不同视角框架景观。
其次是架空层场域的边界,设计不以二层建筑的平面投影线框架空场域,场所内外的场地相互挤压、渗透、交融、模糊室内外边界。
As the most important sales office building in the sales exhibition venue, the architectural design places the rigid functional requirements of the sales function on the second floor, and the first floor is basically all overhead, opening towards the entrance, Lijiang River and Xiangzhang.
The landscape design first considers the 4.5m high overhead floor as the central gathering place of the site, during which the rest furniture is arranged in groups, and the furniture layout focuses on the frame landscape of different perspectives from the overhead floor to the natural site.
The second is the boundary of the overhead floor field. The design does not frame the open field with the plane projection line of the two-story building. The internal and external fields of the site squeeze, penetrate, and blend, blur the indoor and outdoor boundaries.

林桥适意 Camphor and Trestles Comfortable venue
设计以场地中的12株大香樟为后场空间的切点,以消减大树和人的比例失衡为原点,一条自架空层而起的栈桥爬升回旋至树腰,缓坡向上,绕树而行,在空中多角度感受樟树的坚韧与顽强,时有树叶拂面,树影伴随行。
一条栈桥引入林地,平面展开的空间序列变化为立体,观景视线有了俯仰,景观活动多了高下,场景围绕栈桥展开布局。
The design takes 12 large camphor trees in the site as the tangent point of the backcourt space, and takes the reduction of the imbalance between the large tree and the people as the origin. A trestle bridge is introduced into the woodland, the spatial sequence of the unfolded plane changes to three-dimensional, the viewing line of sight is pitched, the landscape activities are more elevated, and the scene is laid out around the trestle bridge.
栈桥的起点在架空层悬挑平台,接入通行路径先平行建筑长边向西折往漓江方向,转换100°把栈桥向北引向香樟林的东段,桥身逐渐抬升掩进一组香樟丛林,到达栈桥最高标高,墙面也拓宽为平台,在高于地面4.5m的平台上,视野开阔,漓江、远山、城郭一览无余。桥身迂回下探向南,转折向东,尽端平台高地面3m朝向西北,看在建公园栈桥成“S”形在香樟林中穿插进出,视线开敞,以香樟林为中心,视线随栈桥曲折的看向建筑、公园、栈桥。

休闲广场地面采用大块的灰色石材铺地,和草坪之间不收边界,1.5m宽的长条座椅,可坐、可卧、可立,不限定人在场地中的休息姿态,增加一些质朴粗狂的石头,还原林间的原始气息。

儿童自然探索学堂,被栈桥围合,以自然中的一处秘密基地为线索,种植不同地被植物,它的本身就是一个自然的大课堂,在植物丛中散置的树干、树枝、树桩、树洞和栈桥下的晃晃吊桥、独木树桩、弹力跳带、让小朋友玩乐不停,学与乐不分彼此。栈桥东端平台与地面有3m的高差,小孩的天性是上蹿下跳,在桥面平台和地面之间掏洞设计了网兜,从栈桥上顺网下坠,在桥下抓网攀爬。

从看场地开始,所有人都被场地中的12株大香樟打动,一致的设计出发点就是保留原生大香樟,后续设计围绕大香樟进行展开。建造过程中,现场工作人员无不感叹香樟的高和奇,保护大树变成本项目建造的第一要务,工人施工时,最舒服的时刻是香樟树旁、栈桥下做工程,天然的阴凉,闲下来,找一块石头,眯一下,太舒服了。建设完成,大香樟树不负众望成为项目的标识。
每一次再造都是一次伤害,敬畏每一次设计,尊重每一种生命,谦造每一寸土地!

From looking at the site, everyone was moved by the 12 large cinnamomum camphora in the site. The consistent design starting point was to retain the original large cinnamomum camphora, and the subsequent design was carried out around the large cinnamomum camphora. During the construction process, the on-site staff all sighed for the height and strangeness of camphor. Protecting the big tree became the first priority for the construction of this project.
