01 项目背景
PROJECT BACKGROUND
本项目位于温州市龙湾区空港新区，近轻轨1号线。项目汇聚高端住宅、街区商业复合业态，将打造新一代城市街区生活示范样板。
The project is located in the airport new area, Longwan District, Wenzhou City, near the light rail line 1. The project gathers high-end residential and block commercial complex formats, and will create a new generation of urban block life demonstration model.

生活要有柴米油盐的烟火气，也要有现实与未来的融合。
Life should have firewood, rice, oil and salt as well as the integration of reality and future.

在这里，展示区更多的是塑造街区的烟火气、互动感、都市感，带给人们更多可参与的城市共享交流空间。
Here, the exhibition area is more to shape the pyrotechnic, interactive and urban sense of the block, and bring people more city sharing space to participate in.

现代感的精神堡垒配合直线条台阶坐凳；深浅跳色铺装和柏油路引导图案形成强烈对比，形成简洁大气的入口空间。
The spirit of modern fortress with a straight bench; Deep and light jump color pavement and asphalt road guide pattern form a strong contrast, forming a simple and atmospheric entrance space.

售楼部前场空间 Front court space
地面铺装深浅跳色，竖直线条的广场引导人们进入，互动性水景增聚人气丰富空间的层次感，立体感，划分空间功能。
The square with vertical lines guides people to enter, and the interactive waterscape increases people's popularity, enriches the sense of hierarchy and three-dimensional space, and divides space functions.

室内一览 Interior view
售楼处内，功能丰富，主要分为电玩区、colife吧台区、沙盘区、童玩区。以功能体验生活，丰富景观空间。
In the sales office, the function is rich, mainly divided into video game area, colife bar area, sand table area, children's play area. Experience life with function and enrich landscape space.
施工过程 Construction process
设计是一次艺术，设计师用景观的手法设计场地生活，施工人员在空间上呈现设计方案，直到项目建成。
Design is an art. The designer designs the life of the site by means of landscape, and the constructors present the design scheme in space until the project is completed.
结语 Epilogue
我们对空间进行生活化的设计，让其变成一处生活、休闲高度融合的场景。我们深在其中，从细节处体验烟火气。
We design the space for life, making it a scene of high integration of life and leisure. We are deep in it, and we experience the smoke and fire from the details.
