项目在南京溧水的无想山边，临水而居，远景云雾缭绕。这是建发第一次尝试用一种质朴的方式去表达对东方文化的理解。如何把各自主次关系及定位切入的更精准，大道至简成了一致出发点； 本案以一条消防车道贯穿整个场地，设计化难点为亮点，以消防道为园区文脉，传承金陵文化，并结当下社会问题打造一条贯穿整个园区的康养跑道。以秦淮十里为底蕴，空间上营造出“一脉、四院、九园、十二巷”的金陵胜景；
