01项目概况 Project Profile
项目位于广东省佛山市顺德区北滘新城核心区，地处北回归线以南，属亚热带海洋性季风气候，四季如春、景色怡人、雨水充沛、百河交错、水网密集，是典型的珠江三角洲鱼米之乡。
The project is located in the core area of Beijiao New Town, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong. South to the the Tropic of Cancer, it enjoys the comfortable subtropical humid monsoon climate. Warm and beautiful, it is a typical town of the Pearl Delta with abundant rainfall and hundreds of rivers.

02设计概念Design Idea
从自然生态的北滘风光引进我们的设计概念。提取自然界中的元素落位到场地，以现代的手法重现演绎，纸飞机作为引线串联起整个空间。从纸飞机中提取折线元素，再运用折线划分场地，景观与建筑一体化。
Inspired by the natural scenery of Beijiao, we got the design elements from nature and interpreted them in a modern way. Paper plane serves as a thread to connect the whole space, and the element of fold line is used to define different functions. The landscape integrates perfectly with the building.

将参观动线分为车行抵达区，前场展示区，后场体验区，依次营造不同的景观空间体验。
前场打造景观展示面，后场以“所见即所得”的打造思路，减少后期的拆改成本，为业主呈现未来生活场景。
售楼处后场为商业走廊，需考虑日后商业空间的预留。
the visiting route begins from the arrival area and then extends to the front exhibition area and the back experience area, providing different landscape experiences.
In the front part, landscape is designed for display, while in the back part, landscape is part of the scenes of future life.
Behind the sales center is a corridor for future commercial use.

▼迎宾道路穿梭在影影绰绰的竹林中。微风吹动，叶声沙沙，引人踏入寻境之旅 The welcoming road runs through the bamboo forest, leading visitors onto the journey of exploration.
▼道路尽头，映入眼帘的是阔然开朗的景象。氛围营造大气简洁，偏向现代的真实和精炼。折线型草坡叠在草坪上，灯光点点闪烁，趣味灵动 At the end of the road, an open and elegant space comes into view, where the grass slope superposes on the lawn and the lights twinkle interestingly.

▼干练的线条划分艺术草坡，氛围营造大气简洁，偏向现代的真实和精炼，摒弃繁琐的装饰。树阵围合，树影斑驳，跃动的是未来的光影 Clear lines define the artistic grass slope, creating a modern and elegant space, where the mottled shadow of trees gives a glimpse into the future.

折线形道路走过林间，来到了通往售楼处的道路。折线切割的体块模拟山间峡谷，给人以奇特的感官体验。在光影中，穿梭间，那是归家的路 The track runs through the wood and leads to the sales center, clearly defining the blocks into “mountain” and “valley”, which provides an amazing experience. In the light and shadow, step on the way back home.

▼山隙流动的水，只闻水声不见水影。跌水的灵动，镜面水的纯净 ，动静间，诠释着自然的乐章 The “mountain” is filled with the sound of water. Dynamic cascade and peaceful mirror water compose a music of nature.

With a pure heart,
escape from the hustle and bustle,
fly over the grass and trees,
pass by the modern art,
and finally land in a metropolis
to enjoy the peace of mind.
▼大区的主入口，这里所展示的亦是未来大区所能触及的 The main entrance to the residential development displays the scenes of future life.
归家的第一道风景线——聆听着水声归家。场地主入口具有一定的高差，设计师把这一段过渡空间设计为“云阶”形式，结合层级的跌水和错落的种植，营造自然宁静的氛围。外界的喧嚣来到这里也归为平静。
Listening to the sound of running water on the way back home. Taking advantage of the height difference at the main entrance, the designer created a “stair in the cloud” with the cascade and plants. All the hustle and bustle of city will return to peace here.

▼展示区的临街商业，以黑白拼色铺装为基调，展现出时尚活力 The black and white pavement in the commercial street shows fashion and vitality.
▼特色沙地植物沿街植物以沙生植物为主，具有独特的形态和外表，静谧侘寂，可营造出令人印象深刻的场景Characteristic psammophytes has unique appearance, quiet and elegant, creating an impressive scene.

结合美的智能5M的理念，前几轮方案设计师在峡谷空间加入了星空互动屏，营造科技梦幻的氛围，后因成本和后期拆改原因并未选择。
Inspired by Midea’s idea of 5M, the previous designs included starry sky into the valley to create a futuristic atmosphere. But the idea was given up due to the cost of money and energy.
结语
美的云悦江山展示区整体设计形式洗练，
形体简约，色彩纯净，质感质朴，绿意交融，
让人体会到生活不完美中的一片宁静。
纸飞机的冒险在此并不是终结，
而是另一段旅程的开始
Epilogue
The overall design of the sales center is simple and elegant
with pure colors and luxuriant green
bringing the peace of mind in the imperfect life.
For the paper plane, it’s not the end of its adventure,
but the beginning of another journey.
We are looking forward to the completion of “ON THE CLOUD”......
