本项目位于常州市船舫南路北侧，西邻南童子河，展示区域包括社区入口、配套商业（售楼处）环境、滨水绿地公园等。近期是配合营销的场景中，透露出未来社区自然优雅生活的设计理念。
This project is located on the north side of Chuanfang South Road, Changzhou City, adjacent to Nantong River to the west. The exhibition area includes community entrance, supporting commercial (sales office) environment, waterfront green park, etc. Recently, in the scene of cooperating with marketing, the design concept of natural and elegant life in the community is revealed in the future.
以上若干展示空间，沿船舫南路，由北向南依次展开，整体景观界面约150米，如何在塑造这狭长界面的同时，也让来访者感受到景深的丰富？如何在线性路径的导引中营造系列差异化景域？
Some of the above exhibition spaces are spread out from north to south along Chuanfang South Road. The overall landscape interface is about 150 meters. How to shape this narrow interface while also allowing visitors to feel the depth of field? How to create a series of differentiated sceneries under the guidance of linear paths?
设计从阅读条件开始：
The design starts from the reading conditions:
1、 社区入口在界面北端，侧重礼仪表达，公园在南端，更多融入自然，由此定义整体界面由北至南、由礼序至天然的渐次变化。
2、 既有条件是：新古典风格的售楼处、路边的标志塔，及在建的售楼处旁的水庭花园。由此影响到我们着手的设计需要与建筑风格有一定呼应、需要考虑水庭花园与标志塔在整体场所中的融入与调整。
1. The entrance of the community is at the northern end of the interface, focusing on etiquette expression, and the park at the southern end is more integrated into nature, which defines the gradual change of the overall interface from north to south, from etiquette to natural.
2. The existing conditions are: a neo-classical style sales office, a roadside landmark tower, and a water garden next to the sales office under construction. This affected our design needs to echo the architectural style to a certain extent, and we need to consider the integration and adjustment of the water garden and the symbol tower in the overall place.
由此，形成针对性的景观策略：
As a result, a targeted landscape strategy is formed:
社区入口以柔和曲线的内凹形态定义出未来归家的礼仪性前庭，又不会导致生硬自我的独立状态。竖向层叠的肌理，形成动态连续，为展开的两翼向售楼处做界面延续留下伏笔。
The entrance of the community defines the ceremonial vestibule for returning home in the future with a soft curve and concave shape, without leading to an independent state of rigid self. The vertical layered texture forms a dynamic continuity, leaving a foreshadowing for the continuation of the unfolded wings to the sales office.
由入口两翼的一端生长、转化为沿街的片墙连廊，斜向的墙体，呼应入口门头的动态，向西律动，并刻画出光影，屏护着内侧的水幕走廊，让静谧中跳跃着阳光的痕迹。
From one end of the two wings of the entrance, it grows and transforms into a corridor along the street. The diagonal wall echoes the dynamics of the entrance door, moves to the west, and depicts light and shadow, and screens the water curtain corridor on the inner side, making it quiet Jumping with traces of sunlight.

连廊尽头，是修长的标志塔与水庭，我们调整塔的比例，使其在新的界面中更趋和谐，并重新整理水庭环境的植物，使其突出体块的组合，与售楼处新古典风格匹配，又兼亲水生态植物的婀娜。
At the end of the corridor, there is a slender landmark tower and a water court. We adjusted the ratio of the tower to make it more harmonious in the new interface, and rearranged the plants in the water court environment to make it stand out from the combination of the volume and the sales building. It matches the neo-classical style and is graceful with hydrophilic ecological plants.
穿过售楼处室内，门外，是可以放飞心情的绿庭，椭圆形的围合与售楼处的方形水庭形成对比相映的景域。大树荫下，可以聚会、可以阅读、可以慢步、可以冥想，孩子们更可以在绿茵上快乐奔跑嬉戏，这是一处在自然中团聚的风景客厅，团聚在常州万科四季都会。
Passing through the interior of the sales office and outside the door, there is a green courtyard that can let your mood fly. The oval enclosure forms a contrasting scene with the square water courtyard of the sales office. Under the big tree shade, you can meet, read, walk slowly, and meditate. Children can run and play happily on the greenery. This is a scenic living room reunited in nature, reunited in Changzhou Vanke Four Seasons City.
