【项目背景】
佛山 ICC 碧桂园三龙汇位于顺德陈村镇，地处珠三角的中心和广佛都市圈群内，是城市发展格局中的重要节点位置。
The project is located in Chencun town, Shunde, in the center of the Pearl River Delta and within the Metropolitan circle of Guangfo. It is an important node in the urban development pattern.
项目以 TOD+ 模式为骨架，依托轨道枢纽中心，以未来云都为主题，定位为地标级城市综合体，容纳多元业态、高效聚合城市生活空间，打造“冲上云霞，直上苍穹”的乌托邦式高层奢华生活。
The project is based on the TOD+ model, relying on the rail hub. With the theme of future cloud city, the project is positioned as a landmark urban complex, accommodating a variety of businesses and efficiently aggregating urban living space, creating a utopian high-rise luxury life.

设计以“云”作为场地主要元素，提炼云曲、云叠、梯田、山林、山谷元素融入景观中，营造丰富的景观体验层次与行云流水般的游园感受。于现代时尚的设计中融入山水意境，打造时尚摩登、高雅大气、多元、生态的高端智能化的理想生活城市综合体。
The design takes 'clouds' as the main element of the site, refining the elements of melody, terraces, mountains, forests and valleys into the landscape, creating a rich landscape experience. The modern and stylish design is integrated with the landscape, creating a modern, elegant, diversified and ecological high-end intelligent urban complex for ideal living.
设计灵感来源于狂想曲的赋格结构，赋格是巴洛克时期复调音乐结构的主要代表形式。展示区设计提炼了赋格的主要构架融入景观，形成前奏、递进、高潮、间奏、尾声的景观骨架，并通过空间的开合、构筑的形态材质、植被的配植等营造出狂想曲中出现的欢愉、舒缓、华丽、优雅、空灵等多重的氛围。
The design of the exhibition area distills the main structure of the fugue into the landscape, forming a landscape skeleton of prelude, progression, climax, interlude and coda. Through the opening and closing of space, the form and materials of the structures and the planting of vegetation, it creates the multiple atmospheres of joy, relaxation, splendour, elegance and ethereality found in the rhapsody.

【踏 云 而 行】
感受一朵云的邀请，在流动的空间里踏云而行、随曲而动
主入口广场以深色石材一气铺开，奠定空间“曲调”，伴随着低沉而富有穿透力的前奏之音，让人仿佛直入高空踏入一片鱼鳞云天。开放的广场释放建筑底蕴，低调奢华、温雅大气，吸引人群聚集。
The main entrance plaza is laid out in dark stone to set the "tune" of the space, accompanied by a low and penetrating prelude that makes people feel as if they are stepping into a high-altitude space. The open plaza unleashes the building's heritage, with its understated luxury and elegant atmosphere, attracting crowds to gather.
弧形景墙似掠过长空的悠扬云路，通透而具昭示，敲响云邀迎宾的欢愉前奏。镜面不锈钢纹理优雅现代，盈盈水景映带景墙，光与影无言流动，留一曲淙淙泉音指引人向前。在行云流水的转折中，大气典雅的建筑“犹抱琵琶半遮面”，缓缓进入视线。
The curved landscape wall resembles a long and lingering cloud path that sweeps across the sky, transparent and indicative, sounding a cheerful prelude to a cloud invitation. The mirrored stainless steel texture is elegant and modern, clear water beneath the wall with light and shadow flowing, drawing people forward. In the turning point of wall and flowing water, the elegant building slowly comes into view.
【三龙汇云】
云霄有三龙汇聚，吟唱起低沉而柔净的曲调
水是凝固的澄澈的云，涌泉、跌水敲出轻盈灵动的节拍，引携着赋格之乐悠悠递进。售楼处一侧极简主义的镜面水景与玻璃幕墙形成了室内外空间的融合，互为对景；光影变换，虚实交错，交相辉映。
The gushing springs and plunging waters strike a light and dynamic beat, leading to the music of fugue. The minimalist mirrored waterscape on one side of the sales office and the glass curtain wall form a fusion of indoor and outdoor spaces, acting as a counterpoint to each other; light and shadow change, intermingling reality and reality, reflecting each other.
“三龙汇”雕塑以游龙凌空之姿，点破一方静水，象征三龙汇聚于场地，寓意飞龙迎宾。单体错落交汇，以流畅极简的线条呼应行云动态，配合深邃内敛的镜面潭水，一动一静，空灵律动而又独具艺术气质，营造极强的空间精神和景观意境。
Dragon sculpture in the posture of flying, breaking a square of still water, symbolizing three dragons gathered in the field, meaning welcoming guests. The individual sculptures are intermingled at random, smooth and simple lines with deep and introspective mirrored water, which is ethereal and artistic, creating a strong spatial spirit and landscape mood.
【云霄奇遇】
云端之上，与梦幻的伊甸花园不期而遇
登上云端屋顶花园，进入极具艺术感的休闲空间。设计延续“云”的语言，以小见大打造具有极强流动感、艺术感的云端花园体验空间，交织成主旋律的流动音符。
Ascend the cloud roof garden and enter the leisure space with artistic sense. The design continues the language of "cloud" and creates a cloud garden experience space with a strong sense of flow and art, interweaving into the flowing notes of the main melody.
镜面连廊如同天空的游云，水滴形的雕塑仿佛一段长镜头，展示了雨水从云中滴落，缤纷鲜明的植被迎雨而生的姿态。镜面材质倒映着自然的姿态，游览者行走其中，仿佛走进了一个奇妙的丛林，带来了步移景异、实虚交错、光影变幻的戏剧性体验。
The mirrored corridor resembles a cloud in the sky and the teardrop sculpture is a long shot of rain dripping from the cloud and the vegetation coming to life in response to the rain. The mirrored material reflects the gestures of nature and the visitor is transported into a wonderful jungle, providing a dramatic experience of reality and illusion.
在云端一隅，藏着待放的花朵。休憩廊架以玫瑰花苞为灵感，将花朵欲将盛放的姿态作为廊架的外形，并以丰富的植被将“花朵”分别包裹分开，在公共空间里形成一定的私密感，落座其中优享、私享的独特尊贵体验。
The lounge frame for rest takes rose bud as inspiration, and the posture of blossom is taken as the shape of the gallery frame, and the "flowers" are wrapped and separated by rich vegetation, so as to form a certain sense of privacy in the public space, where you can sit and enjoy the unique and honorable experience of privacy.
