项目位于郑州市中原区，地铁通达，交通便利，配套完善，人文生活气息浓厚，是康桥集团历时18年以来于核心主城区开发的品质改善项目。中原区作为郑州学府高地，设计希望合理利用老城区可贵的人文资源，结合案名和定位，景观以“玖玺”为寓意，突出高贵、精致、文雅的人文品质，营造自然、归隐、悠然的景观气质，在繁华的都市打造一处大隐于市，人文雅致的唯美社区，营造“康桥悦生活” 的人文景观空间，传递康桥人文生活理念和价值。
The project is located in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City, with subway access, convenient transportation, perfect supporting facilities and strong humanistic life atmosphere. It is a quality improvement project developed by Kangqiao group in the core urban area for 18 years. As the highland of Zhengzhou University, the design of Zhongyuan District hopes to make rational use of the valuable human resources in the old city. Combined with the name and positioning of the case, the landscape takes "nine seals" as the meaning, highlights the noble, exquisite and elegant human quality, creates a natural, secluded and leisurely landscape temperament, creates a beautiful community with great seclusion and elegant humanity in the prosperous city, and creates "happy life in Cambridge" The humanistic landscape space of Kangqiao is to transmit the humanistic life concept and value of Kangqiao.

项目示范区范围受条件限制呈狭长型，地块空间关系较为局促，周边关系较为复杂，东南角有现状高层建筑遮挡，北侧毗邻施工现场，设计综合考虑项目规划与现状条件，结合项目定位及案名立意，合理利用有限的空间资源，营造“悦生活”的景观序列与场景空间，传递康桥人文生活理念和价值。

中原区作为郑州学府高地，设计希望营造一个充满人文气息雅致的生活空间，既能满足居者的生活所需，更能感受到充满人文色彩的质感生活，而狭长型的空间，一眼望到头的通透缺乏想象，通过对空间进行归纳和思考，希望空间之间有更多的渗透、穿插，意图营造舒缓悠扬，开合有致的空间感受，传达生活的美感。

沧桑质感的造型树是时间与文化的沉淀，随光影在斑驳中穿梭，像是在诉说它的光辉岁月。

工艺与用料
1.施工组织：项目示范区施工由于疫情影响，分为两个阶段，在项目现场之外，设计推敲和施工组织探讨一直没有停止，三方对售楼处周边的景观工程重要构成如廊架、水景、景桥、景墙、地面石材铺装、廊架铝板等多次深化排版，研究节点工艺，为疫情下紧张节奏的施工质量提供了保证；
Construction organization: due to the impact of the epidemic situation, the construction of the project demonstration area is divided into two stages. Outside the project site, the discussion on design and construction organization has never stopped. The three parties have repeatedly deepened the layout of the important components of the landscape engineering around the sales office, such as the gallery, Waterscape, landscape bridge, landscape wall, ground stone pavement, and the aluminum plate of the gallery, and studied the node technology, so as to provide reference for the epidemic situation The construction quality of the project is guaranteed;
2.拉线水帘：施工结合成本及工期考虑，结合设计意见，放弃等待专业厂家的产品，积极研究工艺及做法探讨，最终保证景观效果，完成质量较佳。

3.弧形景桥：施工难度较大的一个节点，施工单位结合设计与专业厂家的意见，弧形玻璃/金属收边/钢结构整体二次深化，按时完成安装制作，达到良好的景观效果。
