The overall landscape design of Kangqiao Meilu Bay responds to the pursuit of modern high net worth people for the ultimate artistic quality and value of life. 景观空间结构为纵横十字景观轴串联南北两大组团花园的格局,景观场地功能与形式结合项目的人文特性,营造“石、山、光、坵、场”具有独特场地精神内涵的五大主题场景;核心景观区域为“艺术会所+下沉庭院”,这是社区门户与景观内核,是迎宾场所、艺术门厅,是山影水蕴、雕刻时光,这也是康桥美庐湾项目首开区落地呈现的部分。

植物配置巧选立意,取“前仆后举”之意,前场朴树,后场榉树,迎宾空间跨越千里,觅得古朴桩景,可谓百里挑一,可遇不可求,成就简洁大美空间。

“宣也,生万物”,一静一动、方知天地,以简洁方正的场地創造宁静的空间間氛围,代表永恒及稳定,以涌泉、静水面来展現空间的流动性,以种植的四季变化來表现时间的流转。

睿哲与取舍,大象无形,大音希声,山与水,刚与柔,无界之境,万物互为融合消解,传达克制与极致,内敛与极简的胸怀气蕴。

下沉式中庭空间的景观创作,取“即入千峰万壑,俱无俗迹”之意,大胆尝试全画幅简洁凝练的工笔式刻画营造,“三远”布局,集全景式构图与小景构图,借势营造立体空间,取高山流水,意海翻腾,远借天宇,绵延无尽;颗颗钻石般肌理构成的叠水山墙画面,铺陈蓄势,如群山拢聚,如巨浪腾空......,急转直下,之后水到渠成,回归宁静,渔舟唱晚,田园牧歌,小桥流水......,从写意到生活,整个画面,如动态的静谧之境,动态平衡,疏密有致,张弛适度,长短结合,富有层次与节奏,凸显生命的张力。

样板区庭院空间伴随“起 、承 、转 、合”的序列展开,景观设计有意识延伸流线以拓展空间的深度,虚实相间,曲折迂回,在流线中设置空间的转折,通过景观节点的变化,营造空间的记忆点和体验感,让人获得从五官感受到身心愉悦的居住体验。
The courtyard space of the model area is unfolded in the sequence of "starting, carrying, transferring and combining". The landscape design consciously extends the streamline to expand the depth of the space. The virtual and real are alternating with twists and turns. The turning point of the space is set in the streamline. Through the change of landscape nodes, the memory point and experience sense of the space are created, so that people can get a pleasant living experience from the five senses.

设计灵感,从宁谧与光影间诞生,要想塑造‘光’,首先要彻底凝视眼前叫做‘影’的现实。设计所坚持的静谧,不是绝对的安静,而是一种“蝉噪林逾静,鸟鸣山更幽”的空间情绪,一种经由五感抵达心灵共鸣的境界,用现代的材料以极简的方式阐述,并在留白中展现去芜存菁的空间美学。
Design inspiration comes from Tranquility, light and shadow. To create light, one must first gaze at the reality in front of one's eyes, which is called shadow. The tranquility that the design insists on is not absolute tranquility, but a kind of space emotion of "the cicadas are more quiet than the forest, and the birds are more quiet than the mountain". It is a realm of spiritual resonance through five senses. It is elaborated in a minimalist way with modern materials, and the space aesthetics of removing the turnips and preserving the turnips is displayed in the blank space.

样板房展示区用地范围结合大区地库开挖距离来考虑,从市政界面到建筑外墙线,不过10多米的进深,西侧、北侧是施工围挡。空间范围小,流线需设计延长,增加场景设置的空间及序列;从视线分析,置身其中,需要景观细节精微到位;而作为前置的销售空间来说,更要超越心理预期,满足客户的多重体验;
Considering the excavation distance of basement in large area, the depth of the demonstration area of the model house is less than 10 meters from the municipal interface to the exterior wall line of the building, and the construction enclosure is on the West and north sides. The scope of space is small, the streamline needs to be designed to extend, and the space and sequence of scene setting need to be increased; from the perspective of line of sight analysis, the landscape details need to be refined in place; as a front-end sales space, it needs to exceed the psychological expectations and meet the multiple experience of customers;
康桥美庐湾景观设计从2017年7月开始至今,从50%概念到100%概念,历时三年多,设计推敲随着产品打磨,不断调整,反复修改,从设计方案一步步推进到样板房展示区呈现,以及本次推出的大区首开区域的落地呈现,凝聚了设计团队无数的心血和智慧。当然,无论是过程还是最终的结果,都离不开甲方管控团队与施工单位的鼎力支持与付出,才得以让细节极致体现,设计还原度90%以上,近乎完美落地。
Since July 2017, the landscape design of Elegant- Bay project has gone from 50% concept to 100% concept for more than three years. With the product polishing, constant adjustment and repeated modification, the design scheme has been promoted step by step to the presentation of the model room exhibition area, and the presentation of the first opening area of the District, which has condensed the countless efforts and wisdom of the design team. Of course, both the process and the final result are inseparable from the full support and effort of Party A's management and control team and the construction unit, so that the details can be fully reflected, and the design restoration degree is more than 90%, which is almost perfect.
