项目概况：北京中海·景山府位于北京市石景山区。通过分析建筑、北京文化、恭王府建筑形态等多重元素，设计师去繁求简，布局遵循礼制，提取中式符号融入景观，将恭王府花园严格贯穿的轴线布局、多逬四合院落（五遊式院落空间）的组合方式结合现代人们的居住习惯设计成本案的空间构成形式，于一方宁静再现帝王盛世之繁华，打造京派府邸中式景观风格。
Project overview and design concept: Beijing Zhonghai Jingshan Mansion is located in Shijingshan District, Beijing. By analyzing multiple elements such as architecture, Beijing culture, and Gongwangfuarchitectural form, the designer seeks simplicity, follows etiquette in layout, extracts Chinese symbols into the landscape, and combines the combination of the strict axis layout of Gongwangfu Garden and the multi-courtyard (five-tour courtyard space) with modern people's living habits to design the space composition form of this case, so as to peacefully reproduce the prosperity of the emperor and create Beijing.

As a demonstration area of Beijing-style mansion series of China Overseas Group, the site layout follows the orderly atmosphere axis of Prince Gong’s Mansion Garden, combining the five- entry courtyard space with the needs of modern life, offering a peaceful place and recreating the prosperity of emperor’s flourishing age.
提炼石景山区景致演变为京府十景，注重雅致色彩对比与材质选用，营造简雅内敛、尊贵大气的东方府邸。
Refining the Shijing Mountain scenery evolving into ten scenes of the mansion, pay attention to the contrast of elegant colors and the selection of materials to create a simple, elegant, introverted and noble oriental mansion.
建筑以恭王府为原型，将构筑形制去繁为简，运用经典建筑语汇，以古朴营造手法打磨人文气度与精神内涵。
The architecture is based on Prince Gong's mansion, the structure is reduced from the complex to simple, the classic architectural vocabulary is used, and simple construction techniques are used to polish the humanity and spiritual connotation.
京府宅门 · 循礼归家

府门威仪雄浑，与福寿纹饰照壁三面围合，深宅聚气，尽显礼制。以天然“山水画”玉石精制而成的影壁，将雅致品味追求精致刻画。
The gate of the mansion is majestic. It is enclosed on three sides with the Fu, Shou pattern on the wall, and the deep house gathers air and fully demonstrates the etiquette. The screen wall is refined with natural "landscape painting" jade, which depicts taste of elegance and refinement.
迂回入园，体会曲则有情的独特意趣。水相灵动，轻点灯柱，于清晖之下淡然入画，不觉身居城市间。
Entering the garden in a roundabout way, experience the unique interest. The Water phase is agile, lightly light the lamppost, and enter the painting indifferently under the clear light, without realizing being in the city.
青云瑶台 · 卧亭弄月
Qingyun Yaotai Lying in the pavilion and playing with the moon
瑶台高筑，独揽风月。前景以松石相依，掩映亭廊。莲叶相植门海，坪草延绵四方，引发遐思袅袅。
Yaotai is built high, dominating Fengyue. The foreground is intertwined with turquoise stones, hiding the pavilion gallery. The lotus leaves are planted in the sea, and the grass stretches in all directions, causing reveries.
亭中玉石以象圆月光辉，成为庭院点睛之笔。俯识汉白玉祥云浮雕，拾阶而上，犹处仙境中。
The jade in the pavilion is shines like a full moon and becomes the finishing touch of the courtyard. Looking down at white marble auspicious clouds relief, climb up the steps, still in a fairyland.
沁芳谐趣 · 镜虹禅话

沐浴林间，动静等观，存乎一心。儿童游乐区赋以月宫主题氛围，探月火箭蓄势待发。
Bathing in the forest, watching the movement and stillness, with one mind. The children's play area is given the theme of the Moon Palace, and the moon exploration rocket is ready to launch.
玉兔跃起，桂树幢幢，令孩童感受国学文化熏陶。场地接纳全龄段儿童活动，并增附安全看护等人性化设施，守护美好童年时光。

隐于绿林之中，浣溪叠石，亭台水榭。于一隅山水花园，或会客接待，或休憩畅谈，或观鱼静思，颇似一处瑶华仙境。

入户大堂续写尊贵体验，复刻中式建筑室内顶棚独特的天花藻井，借现代金属工艺将其图案作镂空处理，衬以光源，传递祥和安宁之意。

出则繁华，入则宁谧。地库入口独创性地营造中式廊架，以金属现代工艺传递古韵，如画家的工笔技法般精描细作。
It is prosperous when you go out, and quiet when you come in. The entrance of the basement is creatively constructed with Chinese style corridor, and the ancient charm is conveyed by modern metal craftsmanship, as detailed as a painter's fine brushwork.
在寸土寸金的北京城下，什么才是居者内心真正需求的东方人文社区。设计不仅要传承千百年传统建筑与东方园林的独特美学与精神内涵，更要传递质朴本真的家庭生活氛围，以传统礼制含蓄对话现代诗意栖居，呼应居者心声，实现心中钟情的人文府邸。
Under the city of Beijing, where the land and the money are rich, what is the oriental humanistic community that the residents really need. The design not only inherits the unique aesthetics and spiritual connotations of traditional architecture and oriental gardens for thousands of years, but also conveys the simple and authentic family living atmosphere. It uses traditional etiquette to implicitly dialogue with modern poetry to live in, echo the voice of the residents, and achieve humanistic mansion loved in the heart.
