一、 项目概况:
The overview of the project
重庆龙湖•昱湖壹号丨萃峰大平层交付区位于重庆两江新区礼嘉镇,景观面积68646.0㎡,其中硬景面积为23129.0㎡,占比为34%,绿化种植面积为45517.0㎡,占比66%。项目主要景观观赏点在生态山脊、童趣之丘、雨水花园和入口水景区域等。景观手法采用现代造景手法,项目在前期图纸会审和项目启动会阶段便确定了周密的施工计划和材料组织,使得该项目图纸还原度极高,最终呈现出了观赏性与实用性俱佳的景观。
The project is located in Lijia Town, Liangjiang New District, Chongqing. The landscape area is 68646 m2, with 34% hard edges -23129 m2and 66% soft edges-45517m2. The main visual focal points of the project are ecological ridge, children's hill, rain garden and entrance waterscape area. The landscape design gimmick are modern landscaping techniques. In the early stage of drawing review and project kick-off meeting, the careful construction plan and material organization were determined, which made the drawings of the project highly restored, and finally presented a landscape with good ornamental and practicability.
二、 项目主要亮点、工艺:
Main highlights and technology of the project
1、【入口水景】 Entrance waterscape
入口两侧以连贯的水景打造主轴的序列感,抬高部分水景和种植池,形成层级跌水和台地绿化,丰富竖向空间,主要停留节点为下沉式空间,强调空间围合感,配置艺术家具和钢结构廊架。用θ30精品银杏树14株、国外引种纳塔栎4株、整形天竺桂8株,打造入口仪式感。建筑两侧配置常绿小乔、特选铁冬青,花池配置花径。地面采用芝麻黑石材铺地,水体采用进口尼罗壁画系类石英砖,该砖生产工艺采用双管精雕釉,纹理效果更逼真;纹理表现为一石四面,大纹理改变的基础上附带小纹理变化,更加灵动,这也是重庆首例将原装进口石英砖用于室外水景铺贴的项目。
Continuous waterscape on both sides of the entrance creates the sense of sequence of the main axis, raises part of the waterscape and planting pool, forms hierarchical water drop and platform greening, enriches the vertical space, the main stay node is sunken space, emphasizes the sense of space enclosure, and configures art furniture and steel structure gallery. 14 high-quality ginkgo trees(Ф30), 4 foreign introduced Quercus natarum and 8 plastic Cinnamomum cassia were used to create a sense of entrance ceremony. Both sides of the building are equipped with evergreen Xiaoqiao and specially selected iron holly, and the flower pool is equipped with flower path. The ground is paved with sesame black stone, and the water body is paved with imported Nile fresco like quartz brick. The production process of the brick adopts double tube fine carving glaze, which makes the texture effect more realistic. The texture is one stone on four sides, with small texture changes on the basis of large texture changes, which is more flexible. This is also the first project in Chongqing to use imported quartz brick for outdoor waterscape paving.
2、【涌泉森林】Fountain forest
南侧端头地形采用长34m,高3.5m挡墙抬高,隔离城市噪音;内部绿化带在端头部分栽植朴树、香樟等乔木,塑造空间,丰富竖向体验。三条2厚镜面黑钛水景与铺装顺着地形流淌而下,北侧的设计语言延伸进来,宽1.8m,20厚竹木道路界定出主要的活动空间和儿童戏水池。卵石铺装和生态砖的应用,可以避免雨水滞留。700多.0㎡由海底筛选的沙石做成的嘻水池,与互动落水、起伏水池、欢乐跳泉、艺术凉亭组成戏水区域;2株特选安徽朴树、3株θ20特选蓝花楹、成片的θ20日本晚樱树阵多达26株,为住户提供了舒适的林下空间,营造出放松悠闲的交流氛围。
The south end terrain adopts 34 m long and 3.5 m high retaining wall to isolate urban noise; the internal green belt plants arbors such as camphor and camphor at the end to create space and enrich vertical experience. The 20 thick bamboo road defines the main activity space and children's play pool. The application of pebble pavement and ecological brick can avoid rainwater retention. There are more than 700 square meters of hip pool made of sand and stone screened from the bottom of the sea, together with interactive falling pool, undulating pool, happy spring and Art Pavilion, forms a water playing area; two selected Anhui Celtis, three selected Jacaranda(Ф20), as many as 26 Japanese evening cherry trees(Ф20), which provide comfortable under the forest space for the residents and create a relaxing and leisurely communication atmosphere.
3、【童趣之丘】Children's hill
整体筏板浇筑地面,保证其承载力,5个砖混结构丘陵置于其上,人为打造出起伏变化的地形,将儿童活动场地的多级平台集合起来,提供了丰富多变的竖向空间。塑胶丘陵、攀爬绳、弹跳床和滑梯为户外活动带来了童真乐趣,紫、灰、蓝多色混合的塑胶饰面也营造出了活力多彩的空间变化。
The whole raft is poured into the ground to ensure its bearing capacity. Five brick concrete structure hills are placed on it to create the undulating terrain artificially, which integrates the multi-level platforms of the children's playground and provides rich and changeable vertical space. Plastic hills, climbing ropes, bouncing beds and slides bring childlike fun to outdoor activities. The purple, gray and blue multi-color plastic facing also creates a dynamic and colorful space change.
4、【生态山脊】Ecological ridge
步行栈道以架空的方式,减少对底层植被的干预,栈道下的季节性溪流和成片的水杉形成小生镜,衔接山体自然和社区自然的微型生态廊道。栈道基础采用钢筋砼独立基础,高于土方完成面300,防止钢立柱因雨水侵蚀后锈蚀腐烂,栈道踩面采用方格型钢网片及3厚钢板电脑排版铺设。长达100m的钢结构栈道及错落有致的板岩挡墙,消化了二郎庙公园到园区的15m高差,让业主可以从园区直接进入公园,而多达120株水杉栽植其中,打造出了一片静谧的林下空间。
The pedestrian trestle is elevated to reduce the intervention on the underlying vegetation. The seasonal streams and patches of Metasequoia glyptostroboides under the trestle form a micro ecological corridor connecting the mountain nature and community nature.The trestle road foundation adopts reinforced concrete independent foundation, which is 300 higher than the finished surface of earthwork, to prevent the steel column from corrosion and decay due to rain erosion. The trestle road stepping surface adopts grid steel mesh and 3-thick steel plate computer typesetting. The 100m long steel structure trestle road and well arranged slate retaining wall digest the 15m height difference between erlangmiao Park and the park, so that the owners can directly enter the park from the park, and up to 120 Metasequoia glyptostroboides are planted in it, creating a quiet space under the forest.
5、【雨水花园】Rain garden
雨水花园是指场地中的浅凹绿地内种植耐水湿的地被植物的区域,其基层也存在沙土土工布等过滤层,用于汇聚并缓滞来自屋顶或地面的雨水,通过植物、沙土的综合作用使雨水得到净化,使之逐渐渗入土壤,涵养地下水或进入雨水回用系统。这是一种生态可持续的雨洪控制与雨水利用设施。为防止介质土流失,在种植土底部设置透水土工布、碎石、盲管,结构层外侧及底部设置防渗膜、溢流管,其形状、大小、构造及植物配置根据现场实际情况灵活添置。降雨时,雨水由雨水管接入雨水花园。另外,该区域以乡土植物及耐旱涝、根系发达的植物为主,如芦苇、鸢尾、伞草、菖蒲、铜钱草等。
Rainwater garden refers to the area where water-resistant ground cover plants are planted in the shallow green space of the site. There are sand geotextile and other filter layers in the base layer, which are used to collect and retard the rainwater from the roof or ground. Through the comprehensive action of plants and sand, the rainwater can be purified and gradually infiltrated into the soil to conserve groundwater or enter the rainwater reuse system. This is an ecologically sustainable rainwater control and utilization facility. In order to prevent the loss of medium soil, permeable geotextile, gravel and blind pipe are set at the bottom of planting soil, impermeable membrane and overflow pipe are set at the outside and bottom of structural layer, and the shape, size, structure and plant configuration are flexibly added according to the actual situation of the site. When it rains, the rain water is connected to the rain garden by the rain pipe. In addition, local plants and drought tolerant and well-developed root plants, such as Phragmites australis, iris, Cymbidium, Acorus calamus, Pennisetum and so on, are dominant in this area.
