“悦享山水、悦享健康、悦享生活”，我们于云麓间谈笑风生，坐卧皆得宜，春花烂漫时，与家人庭内踏青植树赏花；夏日炎炎时，揽一缕清风拂去心中燥热；秋高气爽时，携三两老友于林下对弈；冬寒三九时，慵懒曝于阳光下驱一身寒意。
"Enjoy landscape, enjoy health, enjoy life," we chat in the landscape, sitting and lying are appropriate. In spring, we go for an outing with our family to plant trees and enjoy flowers; Summer, we embrace a wisp of wind blowing away the heart hot; In the autumn, we played chess with two or three old friends under the forest; In winter, we languidly exposed to the sun drive a chill.

The design of Zhonghai Yunlu Mansion is based on the characteristics of the site and the needs of human residence, according to local conditions, close to nature. With ecological leisure as the goal, healthy livable as its own responsibility, design and transmission is not only we are doing landscape design, but also pay attention to the actual needs of people in the space and landscape experience, we are creating a comfortable and livable environment for all.

沿园中小路穿梭于场地中，仿若置身山水间，有疏密得宜之感，简洁大气之美，景物融合之韵，将人文关怀融入到景观细节中，因地制宜打造宜居环境，这也是一种“园匠”精神。

健身步道环绕全区，入户前均设有活动休闲区，远行的人们在这里归家入梦，悦动的涌泉、绿意盎然的草坪、高大的点景乔木、趣味的情景小品、儿童游戏的器械，共同形成了静谧舒适、灵动有趣的空间。
