设计说明 Design Notes
这是远兮的第一个项目，与戴先生一家初识便相谈盛欢，不得不说：缘分，妙不可言。也正是因为如此，在庭院营造过程中，我们得到了更多的信任与支持。
This is the first project of Yuanxi. When we first met with Mr Dai's family, we had a great conversation. Fate is wonderful. It is precisely because of this that we have gained more trust and support during the construction of the courtyard.
戴先生的儿子在国外念书，近几年总是聚少离多，但每个人对于“家”的理解始终离不开这个“宅院”，这里就像一个充满温度的盒子，装进了一家人的生活，让住在山上的日子充满乐趣。从露台望出去，远山与树若隐若现，心也自然平静了下来，未来这里将成为他们长久生活居住的地方。
Mr. Dai's son is studying abroad. In recent years, they have little opportunities to gather together and are always separated from each other, but their understanding of "home" is always inseparable from this "house". The house is like a box with warmth, which is full of the life of their family, and makes their life on the mountain full of fun. Looking out from the terrace, distant mountains and trees are looming, and they naturally calm down. In the future, it will become a place where they live for a long time.
设计理念Design Concept
院子在中国人心里一直是一个家的灵魂空间，
它承载了家庭的陪伴，它给予我们太多感动。
庭院的嬉戏，夏日里的仰望星空，
它关联着我们的生活记忆。
每个院子的性格都不一样，一直没想好给其命名，
有幸著名诗人李元胜先生赠书《我想和你虚度时光》
忽然内心豁然开朗，
似乎这个就是为了院子的生命而来，我想：
以后远兮美境出品的院子都叫“虚度的时光”吧！

设计亮点Design Highlights
人本自然，我们一切的设计都希望能营造“与自然共生”的景观，在享受生活的同时也能感知大自然与生活的相融，看花开花落，望云卷云舒。我们希望把对于生活最简单的理解，带给更多的人，从连廊的光影、墙里的光景、地上的水影感受到所有的温暖与宁静。
People themselves come from nature, so all our designs hope to create a landscape of "symbiosis between man and nature", so that people can feel the harmony between nature and life while enjoying life, and watch the changes of seasons. We hope to bring the simplest understanding of life to more people, and let them feel warm and quiet from the light and shadow of the corridor, the scene in the wall and the Shui Ying on the ground.
院子后山便是涂山寺，晨钟暮鼓，禅林相伴。在禅宗精神的触发下，我们以追求一种空灵简朴意境的松弛空间，利用自然环境的舒朗与院内静谧，将“入定”放在环境与建筑的平衡上，呈现一种自然之感。
The back of the yard is the Tushan Temple with the sound of bells every morning and evening. Triggered by Zen spirit, we want to pursue a relaxed space with simple artistic conception, take advantage of the Shu Lang of the natural environment and the quietness of the courtyard, and put "concentration" on the balance between environment and architecture, showing a sense of nature.
倾心庭院之美，落于细节处，往往也是“最寻常处”，入口放置一口老缸，朴拙，平凡，却藏一方山水，合文士雅趣；
The beauty of the courtyard is shown from the details, which are often the "most common places". For example, we put an old jar at the entrance, which is simple and ordinary, but hides a landscape, which reflects the elegance of the scribes;
院子划分为动静两个空间，西侧院落靠近书房，低头便能看到鱼儿嬉戏，抬头则见蓝花楹飘飘洒洒。院内的蓝花楹是一年前就种下的，现已枝繁叶茂，树下作为家里的聚会空间，品茶、赏园、聊天，陪伴，心随境转，安然生活。
The yard is divided into two spaces: dynamic and static. The courtyard on the west side is close to the study, in which people can see the fish playing with their heads down, while they can see the jacaranda falling down when they look up. The jacaranda in the courtyard was planted a year ago, and now it is flourishing. The space under the tree can be used as a gathering space for family members, where they can enjoy tea, enjoy the scenery, chat and accompany each other, reflecting a harmonious artistic conception.
东侧院落是一家人的主要活动区，也是厨房与室内餐区的延展。圆形水景倒映庭前花树，天顶穹窿，高处，山里的清风将树上的蓝花吹落，自由飘舞到餐桌上；低处，墙边的山石与草花生出勃勃生机。清晨走出院子，这便是最美的一幕庭院画景。
The courtyard on the east side is the main activity area of the family and an extension of the kitchen and indoor dining area. The round waterscape reflects the flowers, trees and the blue sky; At high places, the blue flowers on the trees are blown down the breeze in the mountains and flutters freely to the dining table; In the lower part, the rocks, grass and peanuts beside the wall are full of vitality. When you walk out of the courtyard in the morning, you can see the most beautiful and picturesque scenery of the courtyard.
庭院通过简约、功能化的设计，避免了色彩的视觉冲击，在空间里营造出自然简约、精致疏朗的意蕴，让这里成为暖意慢慢的美学生活空间。
Through simple and functional design, the courtyard avoids the visual impact of color, and creates a natural, simple, delicate and graceful meaning in the space, making it a warm aesthetic living space.
简洁的线条、柔和简约的形式、质朴的格调，加上纯天然材料，为这个花园，描绘出了一个“与自然共鸣，与林泉为伴”的意境。每个人都有属于自己的理想庭院，我们在这里筑造出一个“净心花园”，借此观四时微小风景，以将养性情，体味自然灵性，荏苒冬春去，天地自然，藏于心间，现于院中。
Clear lines, simple form, simple style, and pure natural materials have painted an artistic conception of "resonating with nature and keeping company with nymphs" for this garden. Everyone has their own ideal courtyard. We have built a "pure heart garden" here, so that people can view the tiny scenery of the four seasons here, so as to cultivate their temperament and appreciate their natural spirituality. We hide the nature of heaven and earth in our hearts and present it in our courts.
青砖黛瓦，雅致的建筑立面，大面积落地玻璃窗，模糊室内外空间，院里绿意透入室内，树影婆娑装点着所有空间。宅院内喝茶、读书、写作的神仙日子，尘嚣远离，诗意生活，信手拈来。
Our courtyard has bricks and tiles, elegant building facades, large floor-to-ceiling glass windows and ambiguous indoor and outdoor spaces. The greenery in the courtyard penetrates into the interior, and the swaying trees decorate all the spaces. People can experience the immortal days of drinking tea, reading and writing in the house, stay away from the hubbub, and live poetically.
“温暖”不仅是从形式上，更是心灵的回归。设计中，摈弃过多的装饰，将 “自然”贯彻到底，化繁为简的空间，伴随着日常。
"Warmth" lies not only in form, but also in the return of the soul. We abandoned too many decorations in the design, carried out the idea of "nature" to the end, and simplified the space.
而更深度的暖意来自于戴先生一家的和蔼亲近，对朋友的热情，对邻里的友善，家里的小狗“蹦蹦”，欢快的在院里追着尾巴，一刻停不下来。
The deeper warmth comes from the kindness and closeness of Mr Dai's family, and their enthusiasm for friends and friendliness to neighbors. Their little dog "bounces" in the yard, chasing its tail happily, and can't stop for a moment.
午后，大家围坐院中，品尝青脆的甜李，清香的茶汤，晚间，烫着火锅，席间觥筹交错，一霎时，心境明媚，暖意随之缓缓漫入心中。
In the afternoon, we sat around the courtyard and tasted crisp sweet plum and fragrant tea soup; In the evening, we enjoyed hot pot, cheered and chatted. For a moment, our mood became bright and our hearts were full of warmth.
设计难点Difficulties of the Design
建筑中式风格突出，两进院子，开间尺度大，前期设计介入与业主和室内设计师需进行充分沟通，以保证功能的分配和室内外调性的统一，无论是景观场地里的感受，还是室内向外的视野都需兼顾。
The building has a prominent Chinese style, with two courtyards and a large width. In the early stage of design, the owner and interior designers need to communicate fully to ensure the unification of function distribution and indoor and outdoor tonality, and both the feeling in the landscape site and the outward vision of the interior should be taken into account.
该项目为山地项目，区内高差达30米，公区道路较窄，在工程实施中，大板材料及乔木运输困难，整体施工组织节奏需紧密管控。
This project is in a mountain with a height difference of 30 meters and narrow roads in public areas. During the implementation of the project, it is difficult to transport the big board materials and trees, and the overall construction organization rhythm needs to be closely controlled.
