项目旨在实现居住在由古老的松树和茂盛的植物组成的森林里的梦想，这个地方非常适合居住，距新 Toluca-Avandaro路交叉口约3分钟路程，包括一条自行车道。其位置极具战略意义，位于 ValledeBravo中心和 Avandaro高尔夫俱乐部之间，离湖边仅10分钟车程。为了更好地保护环境，在建造这个项目时，我们考虑了在将近7000平方米的土地上尽可能多地保护树木，结合场地坡度的使用，突出了建筑空间沉浸于森林之中的感觉。
Memoria descriptiva
The project Five Houses proposes to realize the dream of living in a forest dominated by ancient pines and lush vegetation, in a privileged place. The site is located 3 minutes from the junction of the new Toluca - Avándaro road, which includes a bicycle path. Its location is strategic, between the center of Valle de Bravo and Avandaro Golf Club, 10 minutes from the lake. For the construction of the project we took into consideration saving the largest possible number of trees in the nearly seven thousand square meters of land area, in order to respect the environment as much as possible. This, together with the use of the slope of the site, accentuates the feeling of being immersed in the forest from the built spaces.
共享隐私
每一个建筑元素的设计和布局以及地上的项目都营造出隐私感，因此项目内的5个建筑都能享受到了森林的宁静。为了进入项目的每一栋房子，我们在每个房子的入口都开辟了一条土路，并最终到达一个普通的网球场，最大限度地减少了环境破坏。
The project: shared privacy
The design and layout of the elements of each house as well as the project on the ground create a sense of privacy. Thus, the inhabitants of Five Houses enjoy the tranquility of the forest. To access the project and each of the houses, we drew up a dirt road from the entrance, passing through the parking areas of each house and ending in a common paddle tennis court, with minimal disruption to the environment.
项目一共有五个单元，总面积达7000平方米，其中5800平方米为绿化面积。除建筑面积外，每一块土地上都有一大片空地，每一个都能在保证隐私的前提下享有一个按摩浴缸。
Five Houses is a horizontal condominium with private area, divided into five lots totaling 7,000 square meters, of which 5,800 are green areas. In addition to the built area, each lot has a large open field where it is possible to integrate a jacuzzi.
平衡空间
每一所房屋都是具有现代精神的空间，舒适是其中最重要方面之一。坐落在乡间，完全尊重自然，设计明显前卫，这是最吸引人的地方。
The houses: balanced spaces
Each house is a sum of spaces with contemporary spirit, where comfort is an essential aspect. Their rural location, with full respect for nature, and clearly avant-garde design, are their main attractions.
平衡是项目的一个主要特征。建筑与周围的自然环境、建筑空间与场地的比例、每幢房屋的私密性和对森林的开放性、每幢房屋的属性与公共区域、所用材料的通透性等方面，都体现出一种平衡的感受。
Balance is one of the central features of the houses. It is felt everywhere: between the buildings and the nature that surrounds them; between the proportion of the built space and the site; between the privacy of each house and their openness to the forest; between the property of each house and the common area, and between the materials used, light and open, and at the same time, solid and welcoming.
每栋房子占地300平方米，分为三个体量：
1. 起居室和露台，由滑动玻璃门隔开，或扩大和连接空间，或隔开。他们都受益于这个温暖的季节清新的风。冷天，壁炉覆盖两面墙，同时加热两个空间。景观向森林开放，从悬垂的屋顶到露台，让人有置身于自然之中的感觉。
2. 与家庭区域相连的四间卧室保持独立。一楼有三个房间，其中一个有一个私人阳台。在一楼还有一间大主卧，主卧的浴室有一种非常特别的元素：屋顶是玻璃的，可以俯瞰树顶。

Each house occupies an area of 300 square meters, divided into three volumes:
1. Living area and Terrace, separated by sliding glass doors that expand and link the spaces, or divide them. Both benefit from fresh wind during warm seasons. In cold weather, a fireplace covering two walls heats both spaces. The view opens to the forest, through the cantilevered roof onto the terrace, and gives the feeling of being in nature.
2. Four Bedrooms, connected with the family area, maintain their independence. Three of them are on the ground floor, one of them with private terrace. The family room is on the first floor and the large master bedroom, whose bathroom is characterized by a very special element: its roof is glass, overlooks the treetops.
3. The service area is located on a separate rectangular volume, which rises above the sloping ground and includes kitchen, pantry, laundry room and utility room.
除三个体量外，还有两个内部庭院，它们的功能是连接各个空间。其中一间在主入口的一边，俯瞰起居室，另一间则是卧室走廊。
In addition to these three volumes, there are two interior courtyards whose function is to link the spaces. One is located to one side of the main entrance, overlooking the living room, and the other is a visual end to the bedroom hallway.
原材料有木材，玻璃，钢和混凝土。平面墙面与木制天花板、玻璃窗和钢框架形成对比。根据所用材料和设计，该项目旨在创造轻盈、开放、温暖和平衡的环境，沉浸于森林之中。
The materials include wood, glass, steel and concrete. Flattened walls contrast with the wood ceilings, and the glass windows with steel frames. From the design and the materials used, the project aims to create light, open, welcoming and balanced environments, immersed in the woods.
