The project starts from the idea of creating a new space for an advertising agency that seeks to integrate their work teams in a more dynamic way, changing the methodologies to encourage moments of creativity, creating an effective communication.
建筑方案是在一个以前被机械车间占用的空间内开发的。这个方案包括：私人办公室、会议室、接待处、厨房区、餐厅、露台和一个由集体办公桌组成的中央空间，伴随着一个区域的台阶，成为这个空间的核心，鼓励人们的聚集交流，这在办公室的运营需求中是非常重要的。
The architectural program is developed inside of a space that was previously occupied by a mechanical workshop. This program includes: private offices, meeting rooms, a reception, kitchen area, dining room, terrace and a central space composed by collective desks accompanied by an area of steps that become the heart of this space, a kind of agora where the congregation of people encourages dialogue, which is very important among the operational needs of the office.
项目在保留了前车间空间的同时创造了新的空间，整合了新旧两种空间的融合，保持相似的外观但不一样的空间风味，将车间变成一个创造性办公室。
The pre-existence was an important starting point to transform the space while giving value to its past, integrating the new program and retaining a similar and renewed appearance, which turns the mechanical workshop into a creative workshop.
这个空间的工作方式，让传统办公室的僵化消失，在那里，看似凌乱的办公桌，其实是研究每个团队工作方法的结果，褪去了等级制度，融入了每个人的协作。
The way in which this space works, allows the rigidity of a traditional office to disappear; there, desks that seem messy, in fact, are the result of the study of the work methodology of each team, fading the notorious hierarchies andintegrating the collaboration of everyone.
空间本身让每个人都能掌握自己的环境，可能在同一个地方有工作和娱乐的时刻，从而提高工作效率，进而减轻工作压力。
The space itself allows each person to take ownership of their environment and may have moments of work and recreation in the same place, resulting in greater productivity and in turn a reduction in work stress.
