The
innovative character represented by Martín Berasategui and his cuisine,
together with the natural environment that surrounds the restaurant, were
fundamental elements that guided the nature of this project.

The
project is planned as a roof supported only at three points, formed by a
framework of curved wooden beams one meter deep. The roof generated reaches a
different height at each vertex and creates a completely open space under it.

Delimited
by a window, the room integrates with the natural environment that surrounds
it.
