该项目是对一个工作室办公室的改造。Helium是一家设计工作室，提供广告和印刷品。我们的方法是将一个典型的建筑空间改造成一个独特的设计工作室，同时给内部和外部带来一个吸引人的特点。
Project is a renovation of a studio office. Helium is a design studio which provides advertising and printing solutions. The approach was to transform a typical building space to a unique design studio while giving an eye catching character to the interior and exterior.
由于该场地位于一个非常城市化的环境中，所以外墙的设计方式是将树叶融入其中。同样的概念也被应用到空间的内部。外墙是一个天然的屏障，可以过滤掉繁忙的街道上的空气和噪音污染，叶子有助于阻挡刺眼的阳光进入建筑，这反过来又产生了一个凉爽和富有成效的环境。绿植被引入到室内空间，有助于实现一个生动的工作空间。完美的网格线对称地平衡了外墙，创造了完美的和谐，使该建筑在城市的混乱中脱颖而出。所实施的设计有助于使这个相当小的空间变成一个大得多的宽敞区域。这个立面也为他们的产品系列代言。
As the site is situated in a very urban environment, a façade was designed in a way to incorporate foliage on to it. The same concept was applied in to interior of the space as well. The façade being a green screen to filter out the air and noise pollution from the busy bustling streets. The foliage on this secondary skin helps to block out the harsh sun from entering the building, which in turn gives rise to a cool and productive environment. Foliage is brought in to the interior spaces which help to achieve a lively workspace. The perfect grid lines symmetrically balance the façade, creating perfect harmony which makes the building stand out well from the urban chaos. The design implemented helps make this rather small space into a much larger spacious area. This façade is made to also speak up for their portfolio of products.
该项目面临许多挑战，主要是空间有限，无法满足客户的要求，而且预算非常紧张。我们在这个项目中的主要目标是最大限度地利用空间，用于工作站、产品展示和存储，同时为客户和员工提供一个友好的环境，以及一个需要较少维护的坚固内部。室内布局是这样完成的：空间的主轴被庆祝并与周围的其他空间相连。通过引入一个新的天花板，主轴线被强调为一条 "绿色之路"，而绿色植物则遍布其中。现有的石膏墙被暴露出来，展示的图形使之成为完美的综合体。所有的工作站都是由一个GI结构制成的，它连接并方便个人的存储空间。每个工作站由定制的灯具和电气线路组成，用彩色的PVC管子暴露出来。
The interior layout is done in such a way that the main axis of the space is celebrated and connected with other spaces around. The main axis is highlighted as a Green Path” by introducing a new ceiling and the greenery was spread throughout. The existing plastered walls were exposed and the graphics displayed make the perfect synthesis. All workstations are made out of a GI structure which connect and facilitate individual storage space. Each workstation consists of custom made light fittings and electrical lines exposed with colored PVC pipes. The project faced many challenges, mainly the limited availability of space to facilitate the requirements of the client with a very tight budget. Our main objectives for this project were to maximize usage of space for workstations, product displays and storage, while providing a friendly environment for customers as well as staff as well as a robust interior which would require less maintenance.
再利用的使用的GI管、与木制材料和植物构成了一个完美的综合体，为外部和内部创造了独特的立面。通过对材料的使用，创造了一种温暖的氛围，与附近沉重的固定结构形成对比。这些重复使用的材料在客户那里是现成的，在经济上帮助了这个项目，同时也提供了重复使用和回收的环境效益。
The reused GI pipes, reused wooden palettes and plants make the perfect synthesis creating the unique façade for the exterior and the interior. A warm ambience is created through the use of materials against the heavy, fixed structures in the neighborhood. These reused materials were readily available with the client, aiding this project financially as well as providing environmental benefits that come with reusing and recycling.
砖拱突出了建筑的入口，而同样的特征在整个建筑的内部得以延续，裸露的彩色GI结构与夹子和裸露的电网与松木相结合，为室内增添了独特的气息。
The exposed brick arch highlights the entry to the building while the same character is continued throughout the interior of the building. The exposed colorful GI structure with clamps and the exposed electrical grid combined with pine wood add a unique touch to the interior.
