    Hun was developed following the 2004 launch of Shenyang Golden Corridor project, the brand hit another urban development: the ecological landscape of Hun bow to the central city with the arrows. In order to expand the urban space, optimize the urban environment, improve the urban functions, improve the city's comprehensive competitiveness, Shenyang City, other cities from home and abroad waterfront planning and construction experience, and organizational planning and water expert consultation and deliberation, creatively put forward the muddy River development master plan. Hun improve the ecological environment, improve water quality, to ensure that biodiversity; protect and restore the ecological functions of the Hun River floodplain, flood land rich features and facilities. To further enhance the level of Hun surrounding greenery environment, Beilin horizon by East special real estate company commissioned to undertake a riverside park in Shenyang Hun design tasks.
Hun Riverside Park 1200 meters long from east to north-south width of 240 m. The site is north of Hun River, the south is a new residential area, west of Evergreen bridge. From the city structure, the Park is located in Shenyang, an important position, and low-density residential area with Hun, University City neighborhood. Design programs to "Water, a blend of the city" as the theme of the park, to create several parallel with the shoreline landscape corridor, a gradual transition from the urban landscape with river, forming relatively independent, but also mingled with the overall landscape of the park, highlighting waterfront park layout features and enhance the surrounding residential areas and the university city grade.
　　浑河开发是继2004年沈阳推出金廊工程之后，打出的又一城市发展品牌：以浑河生态景观为弓，以中央城市带为箭。为了拓展城市空间、优化城市环境、完善城市功能，提升城市的综合竞争力，沈阳市吸取国内外其它城市滨水区的规划与建设经验，并组织规划及水利专家咨询论证，创造性地提出了浑河开发的总体规划。改善浑河生态环境、提升水质、确保生物多样性；保护和恢复浑河滩地的生态功能，丰富河滩地的功能、设施。为了进一步提升浑河周边绿地环境层次，北林地平线受东特房地产公司委托，承担了沈阳浑河河滨公园设计任务。
　　浑河河滨公园东西长1200米，南北宽240米。该场地北边是浑河，南边是新居住区，西边为长青桥。从城市结构来看，公园地处沈阳重要位置，与浑河和低密度居住区、大学城为邻。设计方案以“水、城的交融”作为公园的主题，营造数条与河岸线相平行的景观走廊，从城市景观逐渐过渡到河流景观，形成既相对独立、又相互交融的公园总体景观，突出公园临水布局的特点以及提升周边居住区和大学城的档次。
