设计概念：
新都市开发系统－－应用化学分子结合生长增值结晶的机理
A methaphor for the design guide is the crystallisation process from salt molecules to the final crystallisation. This guideline will be applied to all blocks and housing along the main Avenue. It starts at the small portioned historical city (molecules) and ends at the large portioned New town (final Crystallisation).
从街区结构到内外建筑形式空间，以矿质结晶化过程作为主线隐喻，从基础设施到外部空间，表现为化学分子不断结合变大直到晶体析出结晶的过程。发展方向为由老城区向滨海新城。
This presentation concept, salt crystal formation, is based on geological and historical backgrounds and gives the competition area its own identity.
以结晶化过程作为新都市的发展概念，是建立在城市有关地理和历史的特点基础上的。保留城市海盐生产的记忆，强化结晶特征，让它成为未来城市吸引力的核心。
